These terms govern your use of GrowthOS Ads, a service of Toro Growth LLC. By using GrowthOS Ads you agree to them.

The service

GrowthOS Ads helps you create advertising for your business with AI and, if you choose, send it to your own Meta ad account. The service is in beta and may change.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect websites, Pages and ad accounts you are authorized to use.
• Review every ad before it runs. You are responsible for your ads, their claims, and compliance with the law and with Meta's Advertising Standards, including special ad category rules for credit, financial services, insurance, housing and employment.
• Ad spend is billed by Meta directly to your ad account. Campaigns we create start paused; you decide when to turn them on.

AI-generated content

Text and images are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. They are provided as drafts for you to review and edit.

Acceptable use

Don't use GrowthOS Ads for illegal, deceptive or harmful advertising, or to access accounts that aren't yours.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee advertising results. To the extent permitted by law, Toro Growth LLC is not liable for indirect damages or for ad spend in your Meta account.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
