Privacy Policy

GrowthOS Ads is operated by Toro Growth LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use GrowthOS Ads, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address, used to sign you in.
• Business information you give us: your website address and the brand profile we build from it (name, colors, logo, products, tone).
• Ads you create: briefs, ad text and generated images.
• If you connect Meta (Facebook/Instagram): your Meta user ID and name, an access token, and the ad account and Page you choose. The token is encrypted before it is stored.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as server logs.

How we use it

• To analyze your website and create ads that match your brand.
• To create campaigns, ad sets, ads and images in the Meta ad account you select, only when you ask us to.
• To operate, secure and improve the service.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your Meta data for any purpose other than managing your own ads.

Service providers

We use these providers to run GrowthOS Ads, and they process data on our behalf:

• Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage)
• Cloudflare (hosting)
• Anthropic (AI used to analyze websites and write ad text)
• Google (AI used to create ad images)
• Meta Platforms (to publish ads you send to your ad account)

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete a brand, an ad set or your Meta connection in the app, we delete it from our systems. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

• Disconnect Meta at any time from the app, or remove GrowthOS Ads in your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing growthtoro@gmail.com. See also our data deletion instructions.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, access is limited to your own account, and Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest.
